It’s January 2022 and QANTAS is finally restoring A380 service, on the SYD to LAX service. This video is of the 2nd commercial service of VH-OQB ‘Hudson Fysh’ out of LAX since March 2020 (it had flown SYD-LAX-SYD-LAX prior).
For me it was significant too, as I was finally returning home after testing positive to COVID during this trip and not being able to fly back to Australia. My new home had been an airport hotel at LAX where I was fortunately able to work remotely.
